Not so well-known as the renowned Beluga, the caviar of the Russian sturgeon, known among connoisseurs also as Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii, are the most diverse in their production. Our Imperial caviar is characterized by:
- Medium sized solid grain with 2.8 – 3.0 mm grain size
- Light brown to amber color with gold shimmering nuances
- Marine delicacy, this caviar convinces by its fineness and its nutty finish

The Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii, is a medium-sized sturgeon that can become 1.5m to 2m long like a human. His weight varies from 80 to 200 Kg. Under the pointed nose of his short and massive head, he stretches the retractable trunk and so absorbs plants, small fish and shellfish. Only after nine years of maturity, the females carry out the precious caviar.
A species-appropriate treatment is important to us and also guarantor for our top class caviar quality. Our sturgeon farm is a very extensive, natural lake landscape. This natural farm provides the animals with enough space and water. The sturgeon caviar breeding is supervised by our experienced caviar master, who oversees sturgeon caviar breeding plants for more than 40 years.
Shelf life and ingredients:
Of course, sturgeon roe from our company impresses with consistent freshness at all times. Therefore we bottling the caviar right after you placed your order. All our sturgeon caviar varieties are durable, unopened in the refrigerator at 4 ° C for at least 8 weeks. Once opened the sturgeon roe is durable 1-2 days in the refrigerator with firmly pressed lid. Please note the sticker with the current usage date on its box.
